Shipping and Return Policy
We will accept any product EXCEPT ELECTRICAL PARTS in its Unused condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. ELECTRICAL parts are not returnable for any reason. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that if an item is recived after the 30 days or you have not called to get return approval the item will be returned to you with the shipping charged to the credit card on file. Orders for parts that are not listed on the site are special order parts. These parts will be returned to you with the shipping charged to the card on file if you do not send the invoice with the return. Please allow 30 days for the credit to show on you credit card before calling. SHIPPING.... If you do not give us your exact shipping address UPS will charge us $5.00 to change the address. This charge will be charged to your credit card. example..If your address is 1234 co. rd. 123 and you just give us 1234 123 rd we will be charged to change it to co. rd. If your part is not instock at the home store it will be shipped out of a warehouse UPS only regardless of the shipping method that you picked. If we send you the wrong part, we will quickly correct the mistake and ship out the correct part with the shipping method of our choice. If you decide that you no longer want the part we will only credit you for the part.
